How To Connect to the Internet on Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo

Steps on setting up a wireless internet connection on Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo.

Before you start, you will need:

  • The name and password for your wireless network.
  • If there is any interference during setup, you may need to move the clock closer to the wireless router when setting up the connection.

Complete these steps

  1. Open the menu by pressing the dial (Confirm Button) once.
  2. Turn the dial to find the Settings screen.
  3. Press the Confirm Button.
  4. Turn the dial to find the Internet screen.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions for internet usage on the device.
  6. Select “Yes” when asked "Search for network devices?"
  7. Turn the dial to highlight your wireless network, then press the Confirm Button to select it.
    • If your network doesn’t appear, press the Back Button, then try again.
  8. Enter your network password by turning the dial to scroll through the list of characters and pressing the Confirm Button to choose the correct one.
    • Passwords are case-sensitive. Both uppercase and lowercase letters are available to choose from when scrolling, so ensure you’re using the correct case.
  9. Press the Notification Button when done to confirm your password.

Additional information

Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo supports 2.4GHz band networks and WPA, WPA2 and WPA3 encrypted passwords. If you’re unable to find your network or know your network is not supported, you will need to contact your internet service provider for additional help.
