Thursday, 5. December 2024
With new ways to play and their own personal trainer in their corner, players can begin their fitness journey on Nintendo Switch.

Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer launches today on Nintendo Switch. With a pair of Joy-Con controllers in hand, players can discover a workout that fits their lifestyle, choose from six personal trainers and get moving as they punch and dodge to the rhythm of 30 new instrumental songs.

Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer allows players to jump straight into a Quick Workout from the title screen without going through any additional menus. They can also customise their exercise routine, choosing between Light, Regular, and Heavy difficulties for their daily workout, as well as areas they want to focus on, regular or Dynamic Stretching and even exercise duration and speed. Free Training mode also offers the option to mix things up in a way that works for them.

The new Sit Fit Boxing mode gets the heart pumping without getting up, featuring several difficulties and durations. Additionally, punches can be practised in the new Mitt Drills mode, with a variety of hits being thrown against the instructor’s gloves to complete combos.

Personal instructors can help with staying motivated. There are six trainers, including four returning ones and two new faces, each with their own personality as well as customisable outfits and new styles that can be unlocked while playing.
